This policy explains what personal information Audit Tools ("we", "us") collects when you visit audittools.win, buy ParcelAudit, or use the software, and how we use it. Contact: support@audittools.win.

3. The desktop software

ParcelAudit does not send usage data, analytics or your imported files to us. License activation is checked offline on your computer; your name and e-mail from the license key are stored locally and shown in exported reports as "Prepared by".

Optional AI features. If you enter your own Google Gemini API key and use AI repair or contract PDF reading, the relevant part of the file (for example column headers and sample rows, or the contract text) is sent directly from your computer to Google under your own agreement with Google. We don't receive that data.

These providers process data on our behalf and may store it in the United States or other countries.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to know what we collect and how we use it, and to object to certain processing. This includes rights under Canada's PIPEDA and US state privacy laws such as California's CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To make a request, e-mail support@audittools.win from the address used for your purchase. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, or that are needed to handle a refund or payment dispute. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Security

We use access-controlled services, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and signed webhooks to protect order data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

The Product is for adults conducting business. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We'll post updates on this page with a new version number and effective date.
